Terrible! Horrific Experience. The magnet as craft was good but from unboxing found the magnetic part as detached from the piece of Sunflower making the purchase of no use. Not sure if that can be fixed or glued manually any chance. Bae & Bee should take care of these things so that same should not happens with other buyers or on next purchase.

However, given the nature of handcrafted artisanal products, there’s always a small element of human error that can occur - and of course, transit handling of delicate pieces like magnets can sometimes be challenging for any studio. Your's was the first case we’ve encountered with a magnet issue. Usually, when such rare issues arise, our customers reach out to us directly and we resolve them immediately, either by sending a replacement piece or a refund.
