Q. How can I care for the products?

A. We have tried to make all the products durable & waterproof (except the paper artwork). However, it would be good to consider them as fragile and keep contact with water minimum. In case of planters – They are all waterproof but given their decorative elements, it would be better to take care while watering the plants in it. Also please refer to the product specifications mentioned below each item for detailed care and maintenance notes.


Q. What if an item is out of stock?

A. We try our best to keep our products in stock all the time. However, in case we run out of stock, you could have 2 options
a) Contact us mentioning the product – on Watsapp (8828775055) or email us (info@baeandbee.com) and we will take your order on priority basis, work on it and deliver within the next 7-8 days.
b) You can mark “notify” option on our website, we would try our best to stock up as soon as possible.

Q. What payment options are available?

A. At present we are accepting prepaid payments only.



Q. I have an altogether different query, and it is not listed in these FAQs. Where can I contact?

Delivery & Shipping

Q. Is my order confirmed?
A. You will be notified via Email or Text (SMS) once your order is confirmed. If unsure, please contact us at info@baeandbee.com

Q. When will I receive my order?
A. While we always try to process each order promptly, it would be based on the order type as follows:
a) Item in stock order : 5-7 days
b) Customized Order : 8-10 days
c) Personalized order : 10–12 days

Q. How can I track my order?
A. Once your order is shipped we will be notifying you along with order tracking details via email and text. In case you don’t receive any update please let us know at info@baeandbee.com or Watsapp us at 8828775055

Q. What is the condition for Next Day Delivery (NDD) or When can I receive an order at the earliest?

A. We are currently not supporting NDD. The delivery time depends on the pincodes of drop addresses.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange

Q. I received a broken product/wrong product, what should I do?
A. We regret the inconvenience! Please send us the following details within 3 days of delivery at info@baeandbee.com or Watsapp us at 8828775055 :
1. Order Number
2. Unboxing Video that clearly shows the problem in the item
3. Delivery address and we will be able to resolve this situation to your satisfaction. Please ensure the packaging is intact.

Q. How can I cancel my order?
A. You can only cancel an order that has not been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and further the return policy is applicable. Please note: Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

Q. Can I return my order?
A. Only in case of fulfilment errors like wrongly shipped items, missing or broken parts, we’d be supporting a return or an exchange if you like. In that case, to request the same please email us at info@baeandbee.com the following information within 3 days of delivery:
1. Order Number
2. Unboxing Video that clearly shows the problem in the item
3. Delivery address
Once we verify the video/picture we could then schedule a pick up. Minor variations may be seen in textures, edges & miniature finishes; these are not to be considered as defects. Such items are not eligible for any refund. Unfortunately, we will not be able
to consider any emails or images sent after 3 days of delivery.
Please note customized and personalized orders cannot be returned, in case of any damage during transport we could arrange
for a pickup which would enable us to fix the damage occurred to the product and re-ship.

Customised & Personalised orders

Q. Can I customize my order?
A. Yes, we have a range of customization options. Please refer to the customization page to know more and choose your type.

Q. What is the difference in customized and personalized order?
A. Customized order: You can choose one of our products and request a few edits as per your choices. These edits could be changes in colour (walls, door, window), text (main title, on doors), any editions/additions in the miniature.

Personalized order: We would be creating from scratch a miniature caricature of your favorite eatery, store the picture that we would require you to share with us as a reference.

In both the above cases we request you to contact us to discuss in detail as these categories do not have return or exchange
options available. The prices would be based on the level of detailing to be made or changed.
