Q. How can I care for the products?
A. We have tried to make all the products durable & waterproof (except the paper artwork). However, it would be good to consider them as fragile and keep contact with water minimum. In case of planters – They are all waterproof but given their decorative elements, it would be better to take care while watering the plants in it. Also please refer to the product specifications mentioned below each item for detailed care and
maintenance notes.
Q. What if an item is out of stock?
A. We try our best to keep our products in stock all the time. However, in case we run out of stock, you could have 2 options
a) Contact us mentioning the product – on WhatsApp (8828775055) or email us (info@baeandbee.com) and we will take your order on priority basis, work on it and deliver within the next 7-8 days.
b) You can mark “notify” option on our website, we would try our best to
stock up as soon as possible.
Q. What payment options are available?
A. At present we are accepting prepaid payments only.

Our small plant pots are perfect for succulents, cacti, and various other compact flowering or foliage plants. When planting, always ensure you use well-draining soil to promote healthy growth. Q. Do Bae & Bee planters include drainage holes?
A. Yes, absolutely! All Bae & Bee planters are thoughtfully designed with drainage holes at the bottom. This essential feature helps prevent overwatering and ensures proper aeration, promoting healthier growth for your indoor and outdoor plants,
especially for delicate succulents and cacti.
Q. How should I water plants in Bae & Bee planters with miniature details?
A. The finishes on our planters, including the paint and miniature details, are water-resistant and won't be directly affected by watering. However, to help preserve the long-term quality of your unique Bae
& Bee planter, we recommend a careful watering approach.
Use a watering can with a narrow, long spout to precisely direct water to the soil, minimizing contact with the painted surfaces and delicate miniature elements. For even better preservation and less frequent
watering, consider mixing coco-peat into your potting soil. This helps the soil retain moisture, allowing you to water less often, which is ideal for
maintaining the pristine condition of your planter.
Q. Will the miniature details on Bae & Bee planters fade or fall off?
A. The miniature elements on our Bae & Bee planters are securely attached and sealed to ensure their durability.
However, they are still delicate features, so we recommend handling your planter with care. To best preserve their quality, avoid fully soaking the planter and gently dust the details with a soft cloth or brush. With a little care, your hand-painted miniature scenes will remain vibrant and charming for a long time.
Q. Are Bae & Bee tealight holders heat resistant?
A. Yes, our Bae & Bee tealight holders are crafted from durable concrete, making them inherently heat resistant and safe for use with standard wax tealights. For prolonged life and to prevent any soot marks from accumulating on the interior, you might consider using LED tealights. They provide the same cozy ambiance without the heat or residue, offering a great alternative for our beautiful concrete holders.
Q. What are "tealight tops"?
A. Tealight tops are unique, removable covers or lids designed to sit elegantly over our Bae & Bee tealight holders. They serve a dual purpose: enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the holder while creating a more diffused, cozy glow when a tealight is lit inside. These decorative
tops are an integral part of the artistic and functional design of some of our most popular concrete tealight holders. Currently, you can find them as part of our charming Cottage Tealight Holder and Mushroom Tealight Holder designs, adding an extra layer of charm to your home decor.

A. While our Bae & Bee products, crafted from durable concrete, possess inherent weather-resistant qualities, they are primarily designed for indoor use. Prolonged exposure to harsh outdoor elements such as direct rain, excessive moisture, and intense UV rays can, over time, affect the delicate hand-painted finishes and intricate miniature details.
If you choose to display your unique Bae & Bee planter or concrete tealight holder outdoors, we highly recommend placing it in a well-sheltered area, such as a covered patio, porch, or balcony, to best preserve its unique charm and quality.
Q. How do I clean your planters and tealight holders?
A. Cleaning your Bae & Bee planters and tealight holders is simple and straightforward. Gently wipe them with a dry or slightly damp cloth or use a soft brush to remove dust or residue in case of tealights. To preserve the quality of the materials and any hand-painted details, avoid using harsh chemical cleaners and never soak the item in water.

Q. What is the price for customization?
A. The price for custom designs depends entirely on your specific requirements, as each project is unique. Q. Do you offer wholesale?
A. Currently, we don’t offer wholesale.
Q. Do you take corporate or bulk gifting orders?

Delivery & Shipping
Q. Is my order confirmed?
A. You will be notified via Email or Whatsapp once your order is confirmed. If unsure, please contact us at info@baeandbee.com
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. While we always try to process each order promptly, dispatch time would be based on the order type as follows:
a) Item in stock order : 5-7 days
b) Customized Order : 8-10 days
c) Personalized order : 15-20 days.
Further please consider an average usual transit time of 2-4 days
Q. How can I track my order?

Q. What is the condition for Next Day Delivery (NDD) or When can I receive an order at the earliest?
A. We are currently not supporting NDD. The delivery time depends on the pincode of drop addresse.
Cancellation, Return & Exchange
Q. I received a broken product/wrong product, what should I do?
A. We regret the inconvenience! Please send us the following details within 3 days of delivery at info@baeandbee.com or Watsapp us at 8828775055 :
1. Order Number
2. Unboxing Video that clearly shows the problem in the item
3. Delivery address and we will be able to resolve this situation to your satisfaction. Please ensure the packaging is intact.
Q. How can I cancel my order?
A. You can only cancel an order that has not been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and further the return policy is applicable. Please note: Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
Q. Can I return my order?
A. Only in case of fulfilment errors like wrongly shipped items, missing or broken parts, we’d be supporting a return or an exchange if you like. In that case, to request the same please email us at info@baeandbee.com the following information within 3 days of delivery:
1. Order Number
2. Unboxing Video that clearly shows the problem in the item
3. Delivery address
Once we verify the video/picture we could then schedule a pick up. Minor variations may be seen in textures, edges & miniature finishes; these are not to be considered as defects. Such items are not eligible for any refund. Unfortunately, we will not be able
to consider any emails or images sent after 3 days of delivery.
Please note customized and personalized orders cannot be returned, in case of any damage during transport we could arrange
for a pickup which would enable us to fix the damage occurred to the product and re-ship.
Customised & Personalised orders
Q. Can I customize my order?
A. Yes, we have a range of customization options. Please refer to the customization page to know more and choose your type.
Q. What is the difference in customized and personalized order?
A. Customized order: You can choose one of our products and request a few edits as per your choices. These edits could be changes in colour (walls, door, window), text (main title, on doors), any editions/additions in the miniature.
Personalized order: We would be creating from scratch a miniature caricature of your favorite eatery, store the picture that we would require you to share with us as a reference.
In both the above cases we request you to contact us to discuss in detail as these categories do not have return or exchange options available. The prices would be based on the level of detailing to be made or changed.
