Return & Exchange: Product not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged, if it’s parts are missing or the product is a wrongly shipped item.
All products are handmade and hand painted, therefore any minor variations related to colour, texture or edges are natural to occur & such order would not be eligible for return or exchange.
We highly recommend recording the unpacking video (we would share with you a packaging video likewise), so that any damage occurred during the transit is verified.
